In 2025, a landscape masterplan was developed for a private property of approximately one hectare located in Amatella, within the municipality of Camugnano. The planning document defines the fundamental landscape structures and guides the future transformation of the area through an integrated and sustainable approach. The design introduces a functional zoning of the terrain, articulated into areas dedicated to different uses: spaces for social interaction and relaxation, quiet and contemplative areas, play zones, agricultural and productive areas, and sections conceived for renaturation and biodiversity.

The masterplan also establishes the formal grammar of the landscape, identifying the main compositional elements, vegetation types and materials consistent with the rural and environmental context. The intervention is designed to be realised progressively and in phases, according to resources and priorities, while maintaining a coherent and long-term vision. The result is a tailor-made, unified project that combines aesthetic quality, functionality and sustainability, creating a residential landscape in harmony with nature, living and production.
